SpoCom Car Competition

Do you think you have what it takes to compete against the best vehicles in the World? If you do then SpoCom is the show for you. SpoCom was created to produce a trophy with significant equity, and actually means something if you win. We do not have 300 classes. We keep it simple and straight to the point. At SpoCom it is all about the car.

For 2009 we will be adding on another 76,000sqft to accommodate even more high quality cars!

Not every car that enters will be accepted to compete. Only the best will gain entry. We are looking for quality, not quantity. If you think you have what it takes   register online or submit the Vehicle Registration PDF form and a complete car resume along with detailed pictures to   info@spocomusa.com or send it snail mail to:

SpoCom is 110% committed to providing you, the car show competitor, the best possible competition standards in the industry.

During the off season we personally spoke to several teams, and competitors.  We asked you for feedback and advice on how we could improve our existing judging format.  Everyone we spoke to wanted to find a better judging system and a higher standard for competition.  SpoCom was now faced with the challenge of finding an antidote to your suggestions.  After an exhausting search we have found the cure.

SpoCom is pleased to announce we have found a new third party independent judging organization I.A.S.A. (International Automotive Show Association).  The I.A.S.A. is committed to providing the highest quality of judging without any political implications or biased attached. The I.A.S.A.’s mission along with SpoCom’s is to provide the highest level of independent judging in the world.  I.A.S.A., and SpoCom have collaborated and developed a new hybrid judging system.

Here is how the new formula will work.  The I.A.S.A. judging staff will evaluate each and every car that is entered into competition.  Based on the I.A.S.A. scoring system the top 5 cars in each competition category will be determined.  Once the top vehicles have been established the I.A.S.A. will turn over their selections to the SpoCom expert panel in no particular order.  The SpoCom all industry expert panel will then select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place winners.

We know we are not perfect. SpoCom and the I.A.S.A. are committed to working with you, the car show competitor, to continually evolve and improve our system, rules, and classes.  If you have any questions or suggestions on judging please feel free to email us at  info@spocomusa.com or call us at (626) 333-1400.  We are here to happily listen to your suggestions or answer any of your questions.
